09\/09\/2025 – Amb. Eunice M.T. Luambia, Ambassador of Zambia to the United Nations Office and other International Organisations in Geneva and Vienna visited Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Industrielle et Commerciale de Produits Alimentaires (SICPA) at their Headquarters in Lausanne, Switzerland.<\/p>\n
SICPA is a Swiss technology company established in 1927. The company delivers solutions across various areas which include revenue mobilisation, identity verification, healthcare security, and brand protection. The company provides the ink and security features for currencies in around 170 countries including Zambia.<\/p>\n
During the visit, the company demonstrated their technology solutions in different countries across the world in revenue mobilisation, fuel integrity solutions and mineral traceability.<\/p>\n
The company showcased their ability to increase tax collection and compliance as well as raise consumer confidence in products that are covered by their technology solutions.<\/p>\n
The Ambassador appreciated SICPAs technology solutions and expressed that the Government of Zambia is open to working with companies that provide win-win solutions for both the public and the private sector. The Ambassador encouraged SICPA to continue providing technological and digital solutions particularly in the increasingly fast paced digital era.<\/p>\n
