The consulate offers the following consular services, among others:

• Facilitation for renewal of Zambian passports
• Render help to Zambians in distress and emergencies, including arrests, lost passports, or other legal issues
• The Consulate hosts Zambian nationals who are appearing before courts, or are subject of investigations and are therefore required to remain in the country
• It offers guidance to foreign nationals (other than Angolans who are exempt) on the requirements and processing of visas for those wishing to travel to Zambia.
• Registration of Zambian citizens living in Moxico, Lunda Norte and Cuando Cubango provinces, for sensitization and possible assistance in case of any eventuality.
