It is my profound honour, as High Commissioner of the Republic of Zambia to Canada and concurrently accredited to Antigua and Barbuda; the Commonwealth of The Bahamas; the Republic of Cuba; Grenada; Jamaica; Saint Lucia; the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago; and Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, to extend a warm and dignified welcome to this official platform of the Mission.
The High Commission remains steadfast in its mandate to advance Zambia’s national interests; to strengthen the enduring bonds of friendship with Canada, our host country, and with all our accredited states; and to promote deeper cooperation across diplomatic, economic, cultural, and people‑to‑people spheres. We remain equally committed to serving Zambian nationals throughout our jurisdiction and to fostering meaningful engagement with partners who share an interest in Zambia’s development.
