Ms. Mutembo reaffirmed Zambia\u2019s commitment to working with South Africa and other African countries in advancing regional infrastructure development.<br \/>\nShe highlighted Zambia\u2019s strategic position as a land-linked country and the importance of transport and energy connectivity to national and regional development.<br \/>\nH.E.
