On 1st March,2023 Honorable Elvis Nkandu .MP,  Minister of Youth, Sport and Art, paid a courtesy call on the Zambia High Commission in Gaborone. He was accompanied by Mr. Fumba Chama, Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Youth, Sports and Arts and other Ministry officials.
