Welcome To The Zambian Mission in Guangzhou, China

The Consulate General of the Republic of Zambia, Guangzhou in China is one of the eleven African Consulates among many more Consulates of different Countries present in Guangzhou. This Consulate was established in June 2016. The Consulate General of the Republic of Zambia, Guangzhou covers three (3) Provinces and one (1) Autonomous Region namely:

• Guangdong Province;
• Hainan Province;
• Fujian Province; and
• Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.

Guangzhou is the Southern capital of China, a main engine of economy within the Greater Bay Area and the center of Cantonese culture. Shenzhen City located a short distance from Guangzhou is a global center for technology, research, business, finance and innovation.

The key roles of the Consulate General of the Republic of Zambia are divided into the following core areas:

• Trade Promotion,
• Investment Promotion,
• Consular Services and
• Tourism Promotion.

The Mission is dedicated to facilitate, trade, investment, consular services, tourism and bilateral cooperation between Zambia and South China. Trade, investment and tourism promotion are anchored on constant identification of business and cooperation linkages in sectors such as energy, tourism, manufacturing, agriculture, wild life, forestry, aquaculture, infrastructure development, mining, enhanced technology, scientific research among others to attain sustainable development.

The Mission is dedication in offering the best consular services. It also seeks to promote the Zambian culture and National Heritage.
