TOURIST AND VISITOR VISA:
· Application form (filled in duplicate).
· Photocopies of the biodata page.
· Original and photocopy of the yellow fever vaccination certificate (transiting purposes).
· Two recent passport size photos.
· Cover letter from the applicant.
· ·Proof of return air ticket
· Proof of Sound Financial Status in the form of copy of Credit Card or Bank Statement
Those paying through the Mission need to use certified cheque or Demand draft addressed to the Zambia High Commission

BUSINESS VISA
· Application form (filled in duplicate).
· Photocopies of biodata page of the passport
· Original and photocopy of the yellow fever vaccination certificate (for transiting purposes).
· Two recent passport size photos.
· Cover letter addressed to the Director General (DG) of Immigration from the host
· Proof of return air ticket.
· Invitation letter from the hosting company and copy of the host’s status in Zambia

Certificate of Incorporation of the invitee

DIPLOMATIC/OFFICIAL VISA
· Application form (filled in duplicate).
· Two recent passport size photos.
· Photocopy of Diplomatic Passport.
· Note Verbale from the Ministry / Mission regarding the official visit.


TYPES OF VISAS & FEES:
· Single Entry - Rs 2400
· Double Entry - Rs 3600
· Multiple Entry - Rs 6400
Submission timing: 09:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
Collection timing: 1.30 p.m. - 3.00 p.m.

Note: Fees to be paid in the form of a bank draft in favour of Zambia High Commission, payable at New Delhi with a photocopy of the demand draft. Fees are not refundable. Time taken is 2-3 working days. The forms can be downloaded from
Only machine-readable passports are accepted for entry into and exit out of Zambia. All passports should be valid for a minimum period of 6 months from the day of entry into Zambia and should have a minimum of 4 blank pages.
