• Proof of return air ticket.
• Invitation letter from the hosting company and copy of the host’s status in Zambia

• Note Verbale from the Ministry / Mission regarding the official visit.

TYPES OF VISAS & FEES:

• Single Entry – Rs 2400
• Double Entry – Rs 3600
• Multiple Entry – Rs 6400

Submission timing:    09:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

Collection timing:     1.30 p.m. – 3.00 p.m.

Only machine-readable passports are accepted for entry into and exit out of Zambia.  All passports should be valid for a minimum period of 6 months from the day of entry into Zambia and should have a minimum of 4 blank pages.

• All tourists and ordinary visitors are entitled to ninety (90) days visit in any given period of twelve (12) months from the date of entry into Zambia.
• A Business Visitor is entitled to thirty (30) days visit in any given period of twelve (12) months.

Children under the age of sixteen do not need visas to enter Zambia except for British nationals and Congolese nationals.

Applicants who wish to have their passports mailed to them after processing should include a pre-paid self-addressed special delivery or recorded envelope.
