On January 25, 2025, Lepak Diplomasi in Kuala Lumpur hosted a unique and inspiring event, a program that hosts a series of monthly interactive engagements that features foreign diplomats from different countries serving in Malaysia, led by the program director-Mr. Muhammad Bin Ahmad Zahid.
This engaging event brought together Malaysians and Zambians in one space to celebrate diplomacy, culture, and collaboration. Led by Zambia’s High Commissioner H.E. Mr. Morecome Mumba, the session offered a glimpse into Zambia’s rich sectors—Agriculture, Tourism, Education, Energy, Mining and more—while addressing critical challenges faced by the Zambian community in Malaysia.
A standout moment? Dato Zulkifli Mohammad-the Group Director of Business Development at Trinid Group of Companies-Tourism & Hospitality Sector to open doors for Zambian students seeking internships. He also encouraged the audience to visit Zambia, calling it a “must-visit” destination!
