Welcome to the official website of the Consulate of the Republic of Zambia in Dubai, in the United Arab Emirates.  Opened in 2019, the Zambian Consulate in Dubai has a wealth of information on this website to enable you to make the strategic decision to invest in Zambia, or to visit this beautiful country of 20 million warm and friendly people comprising 73 different tribes spread around 10 Provinces.

As a Consulate, our success in this beautiful country, the United Arab Emirates, will be gleaned from dedicated attention to achieving key strategic goals. These include expanding and deepening our bilateral relations with the UAE; broadening and increasing UAE investments into Zambia under appropriate joint venture arrangements with the Zambian private sector; increasing market access opportunities for Zambian products; expanding tourism linkages and profiles; enhancing consular services including no visa requirements for Emirati visitors to Zambia; and working closely with Zambia’s 11^th Province—Diaspora Zambians in the UAE and the Gulf Region—in furtherance of the developmental ideals of the motherland.  All these win-win imperatives with the UAE are meant to revitalise and transform Zambia’s economy, and in the process create decent paying jobs for women, the youth, the poor and the vulnerable.

My tenure as the second Head of Mission and Consul General in Dubai started in January 2024.  The staff of the Consulate and I look forward to our tour of national duty in Dubai with hope, excitement, and a shared purpose towards fulfilling our clear mandate on behalf of the people of Zambia.
